Since 1923, Kimball Midwest has blossomed from a local small business to a major national player in the maintenance, repair and operations marketplace.

 

As you might expect, that kind of growth has been possible only with a lot of great people doing great things every day. Those efforts are guided by our mission statement, “To provide our customers with superior products, customer services and product availability to effectively lower their total maintenance, repair and operations costs.”

 

That sounds great, but how do we put that mission into action? On a day-to-day basis, we’re also guided by our vision and values.

We know our business is all about dealing with people. It’s a relationship business. If you treat people right, they’ll treat you right. Failure to do this is not good business. It doesn’t work long-term. This is a business, but it’s a business built around servicing people.

Our outstanding customer service stems from our core value that we have two customers. We view both the end users of our products and our fellow associates as our customers. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to both our associates and our customers.
