Getting Started with KimballMidwest.com: A Quick & Easy Setup Guide

Setting up your online account at KimballMidwest.com takes just 60 seconds or less — seriously! Whether you're managing inventory or placing orders for your team, having access to the storefront is a game-changer. Let’s walk you through the simple steps to get started.

Step 1: Navigate to the Site

Head over to KimballMidwest.com and locate the Person Icon in the top-right corner of the homepage. Click it to access the Log In / Create Login form.

 

Step 2: Enter Account Information

To create your login:

  • Input your Kimball Midwest account number and either your account phone number or billing ZIP code.
  • Then click Create Login.
  • Don’t know your account info? Reach out to your Kimball Midwest sales rep or call support at 614-951-2492.

Step 3: Set Up Your Login Credentials

You’ll be prompted to:

  • Create a unique username and password.
  • Complete the form with your contact information.
  • Click Create Login to finish.

Step 4: Confirmation Email

Once you complete the registration, you’ll receive an email titled “Login Created” — that’s your confirmation that everything went through successfully.

 

Step 5: Log In

After seeing the success message, click Log In Again.

Enter the username and password you just created. Once logged in, your account number will display next to the Person Icon at the top right of the page.
