Getting the right hydraulic equipment for your shop is vital. Maintaining safety is paramount, and downtime can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars per hour. So, we know you need the right parts and tools for the job.

Here are a few interesting hydraulic items that could be useful for your operation:

K37AL Non-Conductive Hose

K37AL Non-Conductive Hose is the right choice for equipment that gets near power lines or other sources of electricity. It’s perfect for scissor lifts and similar applications to avoid dangerous shock hazards.

Compatible with most hydraulic fluids, it comes in three sizes (1/4”, 3/8” and 1/2") and two lengths (50 and 250 feet). The polyester inner tube is reinforced with braided synthetic fiber then covered with an orange non-conductive, non-perforated polyurethane.

Kim-Flo Safety Air Couplers

Kim-Flo Safety Air Couplers provide quick, easy and safe installation and disconnection. Their easy two-stage operation eliminates the dangers of hose whip by automatically releasing pressurized air from the assembly during disconnection. Just pull the collar back to depressurize the assembly, then push the collar forward to release the connection.

These couplers provide long service life and come in sizes from 1/4" to 1/2".

Kimposite “DOT” Push-to-Connect Fittings

Our line of Kimposite “DOT” Push-to-Connect Fittings is great for quick or remote repairs. Just push the fitting onto the hose to connect. There’s no need for costly crimping equipment!

The fittings provide superior value, high strength and light weight. They also offer up to 60% more flow area than conventional fittings with internal tube supports.

These fittings come in a master assortment that provides a complete setup of 1/4", 3/8” and 1/2" components.

Brass Pipe Fittings

For a reliable hydraulic system, quality brass pipe fittings are essential. As you can see in the graphic below, our American-made fittings weigh up to two times more than some imports and boast superior wall strength and larger wrenching surfaces.

With many common styles and more than a dozen drawer assortments available, we’re sure to have the fittings you need.
