When it comes to cutting through metal, precision, efficiency and durability are key. If cutting holes in metal is routine in your shop, you know the right tools make all the difference.

With our Roto-Kut™ line of annular and hole cutters, you don’t have to make any compromises. These tools are designed to deliver clean, precise cuts in a fraction of the time, making them perfect for just about every shop.

Annular Cutters

Annular cutters are perfect for producing multiple holes in thick metal. They are designed for use with a drill press that has a ¾" Weldon chuck or our specialized Magnetic Frame Drills and offer both precision and ease that traditional drill bits can’t match.

Our Roto-Kut™ annular cutters are able to cut through metals repeatedly with minimal physical effort. They can be found in 1” and 2” depth of cut options.

Whether you're working with pipes, tubes, flat stock or other metals, the Roto-Kut™ annular cutters provide consistent results every time.

Hole Cutters

While annular cutters are perfect for heavy-duty applications, Roto-Kut™ hole cutters are ideal for when you are working with thinner materials, such as sheet metal. These cutters can be attached to a standard drill, making them ideal for jobs that require cutting on-site.

Roto-Kut™ hole cutters are designed to tackle larger holes quickly and efficiently. Unlike traditional drill bits that cut from the center outward, hole cutters slice around the perimeter of the hole. This method reduces the amount of material converted into chips, allowing the tool to cut through metal three to five times faster than a standard drill bit.

But speed isn't the only advantage. Roto-Kut™ hole cutters also deliver cleaner, more precise holes. This eliminates the need for burr cleanup, saving time and ensuring a professional finish every time. They also last up to 10 times longer than standard hole saws, significantly reducing the cost per hole and increasing productivity.

The Roto-Kut™ family of annular and hole cutters is designed with one goal in mind: to make metal cutting effortless. Whether you want to cut holes in thick steel plates or thin sheet metal, Roto-Kut™ tools provide the speed, precision and durability you need to get the job done right the first time.
