Heavy Equipment Shop Setups

Our Heavy Equipment Shop Setup includes essential products needed when dealing with vehicles and equipment used for construction, agriculture, transportation and more.

It’s a perfect base setup to start, but if you already have a heavy equipment setup and just need a little refresh, we’ve got you covered. Our six new add-ons can fit into any shop with special needs, providing a selection of products common in applications from agriculture to trucking industries, and more.

• Grade 8 Flange Bolts Add-On Setup – This setup includes 1/2 to 5/8 flange bolts and nuts with angled bin topper.
• Pins Add-On Set Up – The perfect setup for all your pin needs, including clevis pins, hitch pin clips, lynch pins and square wire locking PTO pins in a four-drawer roller rack.
• JIC Adapters Add-On Setup – This is an 80-hole bin set up with JIC 37° flare fittings in sizes 1/4” to 3/4”.
• Battery Cable Add-On Setup 6-2GA – The largest of the Battery Cable Add-On options, it includes black and red six-gauge cable, black and red four-gauge cable and black and red two-gauge cable.
• Battery Cable Add-On Setup 1/0-2/0GA – This Battery Cable Add-On includes black and red 1/0 cable and black and red 2/0 cable.
• Battery Cable Add-On Setup 3/0-4/0GA – This Battery Cable Add-On includes black and red 3/0 cable and black and red 4/0 cable.

Automotive Shop Setups

Kimball Midwest’s Automotive Shop Setups come in three sizes; Medium, Large and Extra-Large. They provide essential products for repair applications.

These base Shop Setups can be paired with our nine new add-ons ideal for total coverage or as needed for shops with specific needs.

• Small Chemical Add-On Setup (and our 50-State Complaint Add-On) contains hand cleaning wipes, four chemicals, paint and all related storage equipment.
• Grade 5 + Metric 8.8 Bolt-On – Includes 1/4” to 1/2” Grade 5 USS Hex Head Cap Screw Assortment (1,835 pieces) and M4 - M12 8.8 Hex Head Cap Screw Assortment (960 pieces).
• Grade 8 + Metric 10.9 Bolt-On – Includes 1/4” - 1/2” KM-USA High Head Grade 8 Hex Head Cap Screw Assortment (1,735 pieces) and M6 - M12 10.9 Hex Head Cap Screw Assortment (775 pieces).
• Auto Terminals Electrical Bolt-On Shop Setup – Includes the Weatherpack Automotive Terminal Assortment (131 pieces), Deutsch DT Terminal Assortment (171 pieces), General Motors Metripack 280 Terminal Assortment (109 pieces), Weatherpack/Metripack Terminal and Seal Crimper and a 3 Pc. Deutsch Terminal Crimp Tool Set.
• Toyota Automotive Bolt-On Shop Setup – Includes Toyota Clips and Fasteners Assortment (155 pieces), Toyota Push-In Retainers Assortment (85 pieces), Toyota Camry Push-In Retainer Assortment (105 pieces) and Toyota Body Clips and Fasteners Assortment (120 pieces).
• Ford Automotive Bolt-On Shop Setup – Includes Ford Body Clips and Fasteners Assortment (260 pieces), Ford F-150 Body Clips and Fasteners Assortment (65 pieces), Ford Specialty Rivets Assortment (246 pieces) and Ford Christmas Tree Retainer Assortment (55 pieces).
• GM Automotive Bolt-On Shop Setup – Includes GM Body Clips and Fasteners Assortment (230 pieces), GM Specialty Rivet Assortment (142 pieces), GM Christmas Tree Retainer Assortment (55 pieces) and GM Push-In Retainers Assortment (29 pieces).
• Small Standard DOT Air Brake Setup – Includes four Kimposite assortments, three reels of tubing, a tubing cutter and all required storage equipment.
• Small Premium DOT Air Brake Setup – Includes four assortments, three reels of Synflex® Eclipse™ tubing, a tubing cutter and all required storage equipment.
