Here are some commonly used and helpful assortments for our different product categories. We’ve also included some of our master assortments, which are a combination of multiple assortments and are a comprehensive set of parts designed to cover your day-to-day maintenance needs for the most frequently used items.
Abrasives
Kim-Brite™ Surface Conditioning Discs – This popular assortment gives you 24 surface conditioning discs. Use these discs to clean and prepare metal surfaces to get parts ready for paint, coating or assembly.
Auto Fleet
Hitch Pin Clip Assortment – This assortment gives you 190 pieces and features hitch pin clips in a variety of sizes.
Spring Master Assortment – This master assortment gives you compression springs and extension springs in a multitude of sizes.
Electrical
Pro-Tech™ Extreme Heat Shrink Terminal Master Assortment – This features nylon inner insulation covered by heat shrink tubing, and they’re our most abrasion resistant sealed connections.
Pro-Tech™ Nytrex Insulated Terminal 24 Compartment Drawer Assortment - Durable heat shrink tubing provides superior abrasion resistance and shrinks quickly at a lower temperature for easy installation.
Pro-Tech™ Commercial Grade Heat Shrink Terminal 24 Compartment Drawer Assortment – These heat shrink terminals are convenient and create all-weather sealed connections.
Nylon Terminal Drawer Assortment – These wire terminals have outstanding durability and temperature resistance. Wires can insert smoothly without hang-up into the special funnel-shaped barrels for fast and easy installation.
Weatherpack Automotive Terminal Assortment - Weatherpack series terminals and connector shells are used to produce waterproof connections in applications where reliability is critical.
Fasteners
KM-USA High Head Hex Head Grade 8 Cap Screw Assortment – If you want quality, our Grade 8 cap screws are the way to go. These cap screws are made in the USA from steel produced in the United States. This assortment gives you various sizes of course thread cap screws and features a 20% higher head for easier torquing.
For the ultimate assortment of our quality Grade 8 cap screws, you can’t go wrong with the KM-USA Grade 8 Cap Screw Large Assortment, which features more than 3,500 pieces.
Fluid Flow
DOT Air Brake Fitting Assortment – This assortment features quick connect fittings where you can simply push tubing in with no tools or loose parts to handle in tight places. They also provide up to 60% more flow area than conventional fittings with internal tube supports.
Our DOT Air Brake Master Assortment has the same features as the fittings in the assortment above but gives you a wider selection to choose from.
Inch Grease Fittings Assortment – If your shop uses grease fittings, look no further. This assortment covers the common grease fitting sizes and they feature a concave head for easy disconnect.
If you need inch and metric grease fittings, we have an assortment for that, as well.
For all your drawer assortments, a drawer rack will allow you to organize them and have up to four drawers in one, central place. For easier access to your bins or racks, consider a bin base or rack base stand.
After you have decided which assortments may work best, leave the rest to your sales representative. They will come to your shop and set them up and do any cleanup. They will also help you maintain the stock of the assortment, so you always have the items replenished.
