Pneumatic Metal Shears

The Pneumatic Metal Shears make clean cuts through up to 16-gauge steel or 18-gauge stainless steel without chipping. The pistol grip design is comfortable and lightweight for ergonomic one-handed control and balance, making it the perfect product to cut and trim sheet metals used on cars, trucks, equipment and building siding.
13” Extended Die Grinder
The 13” Extended Die Grinder is ideal for touching up small welds or intricate parts with ease and control. With the extended shaft, it provides access to hard-to-reach places and allows two-handed use for increased control. The grinder directs exhaust air safely away from the user and work area while providing a long service life in demanding environments.
Lithium-Ion Recharger Plastic Welder
Another new product is the Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Plastic Welder. The rechargeable battery provides quick heating to install hot staples or weld plastics, all without requiring electrical outlets or butane fuel. The compact portable design is safer in use as the flameless heat prevents accidental damage and increases productivity by reaching working temperature quickly for up to 35 minutes of plastic welding or 150 to 200 staples.
Made in the USA Tools
Kimball Midwest is dedicated to offering quality products that are made in the USA. Three new tools are the 4” Compact Angle Grinder, ¼” Right Angle Die Grinder and the 3” Right Angle Cut-Off Tool. The tools have compact designs and can be serviced or reconditioned at Kimball Midwest’s authorized service centers.
The 4” Compact Angle Grinder features a heavy-duty, die-cast aluminum body for a long service life and impressive power-to-weight ratio for fast job completion. The grinder is ideal for weld preparation, rust removal, deburring, cutting and more.
For touch-ups on small welds or intricate parts the ¼” Right Angle Die Grinder will get the job done. At two pounds, the grinder reduces user fatigue for all-day use. The ¼” universal collet is ideal for use with ¼” shank burs, Type-R style disc holders and other ¼” shank accessories.
The third made in the USA tool released is the 3” Right Angle Cut-Off Tool, which has a side-mounted wheel providing greater control and a clear line of sight to the work piece. The tool directs sparks away from the user or nearby equipment with the 360º rotating guard and is ideal for cutting sheet metal, steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials.
